Steel Fabrication

Complete fabrication from concept to development of steel, aluminum, stainless and non-ferrous metals – including machining, laser cutting, bending, folding, welding, assembly, surface finishing, polishing and casting.

A few operations are required to create sheet metal parts. The first step is the cutting process. Following cutting, you must perform bending and drawing operations. Cutting operations are carried out using two methods: shear cutting (which includes shearing, blanking, and punching) and punching. The second method is to cut without using shears. Cutting with a sheer operation performed by dye and punch, versus cutting without a sheer operation performed by laser cutting machine. The second step in the sheer operation is performed by plastic deformation. The third step is to use the penetration method by compressing punches, and the final step is to initiate the fracture. Sheet metal cutting operations can be performed using blades, chains, or wires to make cuts in sheet metal.
