Rubber Blocks
Rubber blocks and tiles for shooting ranges used by the military, law enforcement, and private individuals. We specialize in shooting range solutions and are the only company that offers options in both vulcanized virgin rubber and recycled rubber, depending on our customers’ needs.
Our product line covers all areas of the shooting range, both indoor and outdoor – covering the floor, walls, and ceilings, which aids in bullet capture, preventing ricochets and lead splash, and thus drastically reducing lead dust. Our rubber also has excellent acoustic properties.
Our vulcanized rubber blocks have been approved by the UAE armed forces and have passed the bullet penetration test with a range of 5.56 mm – 9 mm as well as the fire test.
Recycled Rubber Tiles
Made from extremely tough tire crumbs and a high-quality MDI polyurethane binder. Covering the floor, walls, and ceilings of shooting ranges, this aids in capturing bullets, preventing ricochets and lead splash, and thus drastically reducing lead dust. Our rubber also has excellent acoustic properties.
The Interlocks
These are by far the most basic and straightforward tiles. They are simple to install, remove, and reinstall in any other location, even by an inexperienced artisan. In all sizes, you can order single or dual color tiles.
The Squares
These are basic square tiles that can be laid in any pattern you want. For improved adhesion, they can be glued to a concrete floor. Plastic pins hold tiles larger than 35mm in place. In all sizes, you can order single or dual color tiles.
Vulcanized Virgin Rubber Blocks
Our vulcanized rubber blocks are manufactured with a special formula mix and have very high resilience and durability, as well as excellent fire resistance. Because the blocks are so dense, they provide excellent bullet penetration.
Target Curtains
Anti-ricochet safety target curtains keep projectile splinters and back splinters from re-bouncing. They are made of high-quality natural rubber and have excellent resilience and durability, as well as resistance to cutting and tearing and excellent self-sealing.
They are placed between the target and the backstop to keep bullets and backsplatter in the downrange. Another distinguishing feature is the rubber sheeting’s ability to dampen noise from shots and strikes against the rear armour plating. The curtains can withstand high volume shooting and can be rotated to extend their life when they wear out due to concentrated shooting.
