BELTING/ “U” BOLT COATING

Rubber and polyurethane coated U-bolts are a vulcanized, seamless material that can be applied to any type of U-bolt. These U-bolts are ideal for removing corrosion from piping in refineries, chemical plants, paper mills, rigs, and the shipping industry. They work well as a shock and vibration absorber.

Due to metal contact between the U-bolt and the pipe, accelerated corrosion can occur between pipes and uncoated U-bolts. By using our protected coating U-bolt, you can completely eliminate this interaction.

Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM, and Polyurethanes are all examples of elastomers.

U-Bolt Cote is available in a variety of sizes and can be applied to all sizes of u-bolts.
